This session is specifically designed for adults to experience the joy of diving and to promote physical health & wellbeing in a supportive and social environment! Anyone is welcome to come along and no prior diving experience is necessary.
While it's really all about having fun, rest assured a qualified diving Coach will be there to take you through all the basics at a pace that's suitable for you and the only requirement is that you're a confident swimmer in deep water!
